1. What is included in the monthly paid rent?

We provide a full board service which covers 3 meals a day, electricity, water and weekly room cleaning.

2. What food choices are normally served during meal hours?

Breakfast (7 - 9am) - you'll have a healthy choice of a variety of cereals, yogurt, bread and assorted spreads as well as different hot foods each weekday such as, fried noodles, boiled eggs, porridge, baked beans and hot dogs.

Lunch  (12.30 - 1.15pm) - asian food is normaly served during lunch hours. Tenants may choose Fried rice or noodles with a dish or two of vegetables and meat.

Dinner (6.30 - 7.15pm) - Tenants have a selection of white rice and a 3 dishes which is usually 2 different types of meat, the occasional seafood and assorted seasonal vegetables. Western meals such as burgers, pizza and hot dogs are also provided on occasion.

*if at any point you are unable to eat during meal hours, you can write your name down before meal hours and the kitchen staff will place a reasonable portion on a plate and keep it warm for you in the warmer.

3. What nearby shops and supermarkets are accessible from Hosanna Heights?

A 5 minute bus ride will take you to the local shopping mall of Coles and Woolsworths, which are the largest department stores in Australia.

On the way to the city, 15 minutes away by bus, you will find a large shopping area, which houses Restaurants, banks, newsagents, bakeries, and K-mart and Coles department stores, which will provide most if not all the items you may need.
